Bohemia was the first restaurant in Jersey to reach Michelin star quality in 2005; Bohemia‘s menu consists of local produce sourced from the very finest the island has to offer. Chef Steve Smith runs a Chef’s Table event where guests can experience first-hand what goes on behind the scenes.
