We are excited to be working hard on our escorted tours and independent trips for 2021, and hope to see familiar faces and new friends travelling with us very soon.
We understand however that things have changed in the world of travel, and that you may be uncertain about confirming a booking. Please be assured that you can book with Bontour with the confidence that your holiday is financially protected and that your safety and comfort remain our primary concern.
Bontour are a locally based team and our knowledge of the priorities and concerns of islanders and our valued clients, has never been more important. All of our operational decisions are led by the Governments of Jersey and Guernsey and their latest travel advice. We keep fully up to date with new and changing guidelines and take direct action where necessary.
Our actions speak for themselves and during 2020 we did the right thing by cancelling or postponing tours where necessary, refunding in full where travel was not possible, and handling all administration for those clients who preferred to move their holiday to 2021.

For all our escorted tours in the UK and Europe we will monitor the local requirements for each of our destinations closely, along with any restrictions which may result in major changes to our itineraries. Should we decide that any tour cannot operate safely and comfortably due to COVID19, or that a particular itinerary cannot be suitably fulfilled under local guidelines, we will not operate the tour and will refund all monies paid to us in full. This decision will be taken no later than 14 days prior to the date of departure.
In line with Disneyland Paris’ current Zen Guarantee, all 2021 Disney accommodation and ticket bookings made with Bontour until further notice can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 7 working days before departure. Please note that where ferry and/or train tickets are included these elements may be subject to different terms, and our customer service team will be able to advise. Where a Disney booking is cancelled the appropriate amount will be refunded, once received by Bontour.
Short Breaks & Mobile Home Holidays
For packaged short breaks and holidays in France and the Channel Islands we will monitor the regional situation and local travel restrictions closely. Should your trip not be possible due to ferry cancellation or hotel closure as a result of COVID-19, we will refund all monies paid to us in full as soon as this is received back from our suppliers.
