Longueville Manor Hotel
Privately owned, Longueville Manor is the Channel Island’s only Relais & Châteaux hotel and AA 5 Red Star hotel.

Longueville Manor’s restaurant presents remarkable cuisine focused on local products and prides itself on its Victorian kitchen garden, which is a visual gem as well as a constant source of fresh vegetables and herbs.
