Friendly and helpful staff, dealt with any complaints immediately. Good room, but soaps etc placed too high over bath - danger of slipping in Bath to use them.

Unable to fault much at all. Staff were all excellent, breakfast really good, housekeeping very good. I would say that dinner was a little slow the couple of times I ate at the hotel.
